Jerry and his wife, Janet, have three children: Melanie, Drew, and Zach.
Jerry provides overall leadership for the staff and the church, and is one of the primary teachers on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings along with Mark Jones.
Jerry is a Bryan College and Dallas Theological Seminary Graduate. He grew up at the church and has been on staff since 1990, and has been the lead pastor since 1997.
Jerry's hobbies include being with his family, sports, and he’s just recently taken up hunting with his son. We’re all just hoping Jerry doesn’t shoot his foot off.
MARK JONES - TEACHING PASTOR
Mark and his wife, Gail, have three children: Aaron, Daniel and MacKenzie.
Mark is responsible for the weekly teaching on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, sharing the preaching with Jerry. He also provides oversight in the areas of missions and discipleship.
Mark graduated from Cincinnati Christian University and Kentucky Christian University. He joined the staff in July of 2008 after planting a new church in the Bluffton / Hilton Head area of South Carolina. When Mark’s not working or hanging out with family and friends, he enjoys reading, basketball, hunting, and especially photography.
MIKE MORROW - OPERATIONS PASTOR
Mike and his wife, LouAnn, have three adult sons: Ben, Nick, and Josh.
Mike is responsible for the operations of the church, including the business functions and the support staff. In addition, Mike is responsible for Life Groups, logistical ministries, stewardship ministries, and new ministry development. Mike began his relationship with Christ right here at this church in 1978 and has been here ever since. Mike became part of the staff in 1990 after 17 years at Cummins Engine Company.
When Mike isn't working or styling his hair he spends his time on date nights with his wife, with his boys, mountain bike riding, and building things....or the family mowing business that is helping to put those three adult sons through college.

RANDY GILBERT - STUDENT MINISTRIES PASTOR
Randy and his wife, Stacey, have three children: Samantha, Jake and Peyton....oops, I mean Eli. (Randy's a Giants fan, so he really hates it when we do that)
Randy provides oversight for all our "student" ministries from the nurseries through senior high, including "X-treme Kids" (2 year olds through 6th grade), "The Edge" (junior high), and "212°" (senior high).
Randy is a Cedarville College and Trinity Theological Seminary graduate, and has been on staff since 2002.

MELANIE KLINKER - CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES DIRECTOR
Melanie and her husband, David, have three boys - Philip, Derrick, and A.J.
Melanie provides leadership for all of our children's ministries from the nurseries through through 6th grade - including our Little X-Kids and our X-treme Kids programs.
Melanie holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Indiana University and has been on staff part time since 2005.
When she's not working with a staff of overgrown boys at the Ridge, she's busy with four more at home (yes, that includes David): cooking meals, cleaning up after them, cheering at ball games, and helping with homework. In her free time, Melanie enjoys watching football, curling up with a good novel, shopping, and vacationing wherever there is a beach.
If you miss seeing Melanie on Sunday, its usually because of one of two reasons: 1) She works extremely hard running from spot to spot to make sure that your children are well cared for and engaged in activities and learning or 2) You may have just overlooked her...literally....poor Melanie is only about 5 feet tall, so sometimes its hard to tell her from the kids.
JAMES YOUNG - WORSHIP DIRECTOR
James and his wife Melani have two young sons-Bryce and and Grant.
James is responsible for overseeing the Worship Team. This includes organizing and equipping groups to lead the church body in worship through music. James became a follower of Christ at the age of 17 while singing in a group that traveled to churches around the region. James has been playing music for over 18 years and has been leading music at the church almost as long as he has been a member. James became a member of the church in 1999 and only recently came on staff in an official part time capacity. James also works full time for Bledsoe Environmental Systems Testing in Indianapolis.
If James isn't working or spending time with his family, he is probably holding a fishing pole.....or at least thinking about it. James also enjoys writing and recording music. He recorded a CD titled Palm of Your Hand in 2001 and another CD with his previous band David's Dance in 1999. James enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, and anything else you can do outside.
