- A leader of students who can engage with them, and help them grow in their relationship with Jesus.
- A recruiter of volunteers and mentors, and someone who challenges them to make an eternal impact in the lives of our students.
- Someone who leads the charge on expanding the impact The Ridge can make beyond just Columbus.
- A supporter of our children's ministry, and an active part of our Sunday morning teams and programming.
