I’m really excited to let you know that Justin Reid officially started March 23 as the Campus Pastor for our Decatur County campus.

A lot of you already know Justin. He and his family have been part of The Ridge for the past couple of years, and you’ve probably seen him helping lead worship. But beyond what you’ve seen on a stage, Justin has a real heart for people. He cares about the local church. He cares about helping people know and follow Jesus. And he cares about doing it the right way.

As Campus Pastor, Justin will be building and leading teams, caring for people, developing leaders, and helping shape the culture of our Decatur County campus from the ground up. Since we’re still in the early stages of launching this location, he’ll also have a voice in how we do this well. We don’t just want to start another service somewhere. Our goal is to join God in the work he is already doing to reach more people, and Justin is going to be a huge part of things!

When you see Justin, introduce yourself. Learn his story. Pray for him. Encourage him. This next season is significant, not just for him, but for our church as we continue to do whatever it takes to reach our community for Christ.

I’m grateful to get to be a part of what God is doing, and I’m expectant for what God is going to do.
