Easter Week
Let's be honest - Easter can be a little extra. There are outfits to pick, eggs to hide, services to attend, meals to cook, and family to see. It’s easy to get lost in the motion and miss the meaning. And you might be thinking, how am I supposed to feel close to God in the middle of all this?
But here’s the wild thing: Jesus' last week on earth was full, too. Full of people, tension, movement, emotion. Crowds followed him, leaders questioned him, his friends were always there. He made time for teaching, serving, sharing meals, even washing feet. It wasn’t calm. It wasn’t quiet. But it was meaningful. So maybe we don’t need a perfect, peaceful Easter to connect with what it’s really about. Maybe we just need to remember: Jesus knows what full weeks feel like. You’re not doing it wrong if your Easter is messy, loud, or full of people. You don’t need to wait for things to slow down to find Jesus. He's already there.
